Mariners Park

GMD Pennine provided an aluminium fascia and soffit-to-roofline system to Mariners Park, plus aluminium copings to balconies, along with aluminium hoppers and rainwater pipes. Since the property itself comprises a number of self-contained private flats, we designed a bespoke aluminium curved bullnose fascia and a secret guttering system that were both tailored to the building’s design, ensuring that the final results are both effective and unobtrusive.
